Sushi!

Had sushi today, sushi is always good, especially sashimi. Remember your first encounter of sashimi? What was your reaction to it? Did you just eat it or hesitate about the fact that it was raw? Well, I was the type that hesitated but as soon as I tried it, never looked back.

One of my favorite one is one that I haven't had until the recent years, it is the sweet shrimp. The first time I tried it, the texture is amazing, it's sweet, it melts in your mouth. Another one is the squid sashimi, it's also good with mint. yum... Lastly, it's the all time favorite, the salmon sashimi.

Yum, yum... damn I want some now...
