Since I am in an industry where I work with many different talents, everyone has an ego and communication gets difficult. I learn that the key is to listen, understand the position of the person you are talking to, and their concerns. Then present your position and your concern.

This is the key to establish a good communication relationship with your partners, coworkers, and clients. Having misunderstandings can create a lot of conflicts and inefficient with time, save the trouble establish mutual understanding.
